Relax and get comfortable
See yourself lying in a field of wild flowers
You can smell the soft, fragrant aroma as you watch the sky above
You feel yourself relaxing
Take in a deep breath...
...and release, letting go of today's stress
Look up at the soft clouds that gently drift by, and breath in again...
...Release and feel the muscles in your face and neck begin to soften
Breathe in again, letting the feeling of peacefulness and contentment fill your lungs
Release any worries that have been trapped in the back of your mind
Feel the sun on your face
Feel it warming you, it gently warms you from head to toe
With the sun, picture the white light surrounding you
It encompasses you, and know in this light you are always protected
Ask the spirits to help you with questions, answers and connections
And always thank them for doing so
