Get comfortable
Picture yourself in the wilderness by a stream
The sun is glistening off the water
Take a deep breath and hold it for 3 counts...
...Let it out and feel yourself relaxing
Watch the water rippling as you feel the tensions of the day melt away
Breathe in for 3 again...
...and release
You are feeling more relaxed now
Hear the sound of the stream gently rushing by as your mind wanders
Think about the warm sun
It is warming your face and relaxing every muscle in your face and neck
Breathe in again feeling warm and wonderful
Release all of the last bit of tension you have built up
As you feel the sun on your skin, picture the white light of protection encompassing your entire body
Know in this light you are always protected
Breathe in once more...
...and release, and ask the spirits and guides to aid you in messages that might come through and when they are done, always acknowledge them and thank them
